What went well - What went less well - Ideas
These categories are often used in retrospectives. It is a simple and effective format with categories helping your team identify barriers, value and new ideas.
We use the following categories:
π What went well - Positive experiences that you want to share with your team
π What went less well - Things that could be done differently and improved
π‘ Ideas - New things you want explore that might increase value
How to run the activity:
1. Gather your team and give everyone 5-10 minutes to reflect based on the categories above
2. Present your notes. Vote if you want to prioritize
3. Group the notes
4. Create actions the team can complete in order to improve
