Start - Stop - Continue

This activity is great when you want to generate practical insight for your team. It enables your team to bring forth new ideas, identify barriers and pinpoint what is working well.

We use the following categories:

▶️ Start - New ideas your team should consider doing to address problems or work smarter

⏹️ Stop - What barriers does your team face? What does not provide value and results?

⏩ Continue - Emphasize what you want to keep on doing that provides value to your team

How to run the activity:

1. Gather your team and give everyone 5-10 minutes to reflect based on the categories above

2. Present your notes. Vote if you want to prioritize

3. Group the notes

4. Create actions the team can complete in order to improve
